COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Simple Servo SS608A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sp-Mfg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the SFD212CG4WA06 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the URPC045TP manufactured by Sp-Mfg and we are pleased to be able to service most Sp-Mfg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ATV18U09M2 by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Amat Brand 0190A0005R7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toshiba such as Q74110IARDQ7 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GA5104008C3 made by Teco as well as the popular TPVG43104NBF original spares produced by Trans-Power Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the X2C40100B by T-B-Woods and Q74110IARDQ7 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TYPEVT130G24330 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
