COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sigma S33HNNA-RNNM-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tech-motive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the EFDJHVWE07A08P09 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VT130G2U2270 manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 49410002C5 by Manufacturer Tech-motive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Stromag Brand FrequencyConverter in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumitomo such as CNV612517 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 150Hp made by Toshiba as well as the popular VT130G2U4220 original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATV61HD90N4 by Square-D and CNV612517 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GF5102020C3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teco. |
