COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens TXM1.8X-ML parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Snap-On parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Acs product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 1794OB8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the YA390 manufactured by Snap-On and we are pleased to be able to service most Snap-On systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SB214NDF9 by Manufacturer Acs as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Technifor Brand UC201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ixys such as VUB11616NO1 equipment made by Ixys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ixys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ixys" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 17460A16 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular V530R150EP3 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1785TR10BT by Allen-Bradley and VUB11616NO1 spares by Ixys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original V530R150E3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
