COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens TI315-10T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yogogawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6ES71416BH000AB0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1305BA02A manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CP14B by Manufacturer Yogogawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yogogawa Brand S9040AQ02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ac such as 845413 equipment made by Ac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ac" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AIF01AA03B0819C011 made by Fanuc as well as the popular 24728 original spares produced by Allen-bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6ES53067LA11 by Siemens and 845413 spares by Ac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 312172 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Unico. |
