COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens SP22 6DD1683-0CC0 REV parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Azonix product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the V600CA1A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TZIDCV18345 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UMAC6000C by Manufacturer Azonix as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand TGTAI0V160AC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ixys such as VUO5016NO3 equipment made by Ixys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ixys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ixys" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SZ000032202501807700187 made by Hydropneu as well as the popular VIB6LCU original spares produced by Vicor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T7484 by Ics and VUO5016NO3 spares by Ixys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VI26LCV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vicor. |
