COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens S7 153-1AA03-0XB0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Delta product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGDV5R5A11A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AS2802000 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TP08GBT2 by Manufacturer Delta as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keyence Brand MT150 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Triconex such as 219179 equipment made by Triconex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Triconex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Triconex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6SE70900XX840AF0 made by Siemens as well as the popular XBTGT7340 original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8030CRM512 by Square-D and 219179 spares by Triconex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 910143000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
