COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens S42024-D3725-A1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tb-Wood's products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trust parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tb-Wood's such as the VACONX4C40300C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SE8400200E04B0A01 manufactured by Trust and we are pleased to be able to service most Trust systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V48M22T4516 by Manufacturer Cutler-hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mettler-Toledo Brand XS802S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pulnix such as TM1001 equipment made by Pulnix have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pulnix products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pulnix" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TLC6322F2121110163463200001 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular SD3KSCLR400 original spares produced by Allen-bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT201R08K1RS00JB by Vartech-Display and TM1001 spares by Pulnix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VLPS100ZT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Versalogic. |
