COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens R15C02-A185 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kearfott parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pacific-Scientific product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the SA400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RS9111J manufactured by Kearfott and we are pleased to be able to service most Kearfott systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S33ANAHRNVE00 by Manufacturer Pacific-Scientific as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGDH01AE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as RS5114G006LV1FWCFGRD500S1NN equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available sdc6025 made by Coretec-Quantai-Systems as well as the popular SKT10016 original spares produced by Semikron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R978017757 by Rexroth and RS5114G006LV1FWCFGRD500S1NN spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SK1046V20YR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yuken. |
