COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens PM 6SM1122-1PB00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ten-high products, including obsoleted and phased-out T-B-Woods parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stober product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ten-high such as the THTB65604AIXSSET spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XFC2003OC manufactured by T-B-Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most T-B-Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FDS4070B by Manufacturer Stober as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Techno-Drive Brand FXBUASHT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Techno-Drive such as KR515MKR515M equipment made by Techno-Drive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Techno-Drive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Techno-Drive" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available N3225N1U made by Teco as well as the popular WFC2002OCHT original spares produced by T-B-Woods Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VFS116075PWN by Toshiba and KR515MKR515M spares by Techno-Drive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D2410A504 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thomson. |
