COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens PM 6SM1122-1PB00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanken products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Superior product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanken such as the SPF15KaSanken15kw spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ATV58EU72N4FZU manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS2000I by Manufacturer Superior as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sumitomo Brand NT20127A5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toyoda such as MGU030 equipment made by Toyoda have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toyoda products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toyoda" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available UC201F made by Technifor as well as the popular F5104060C3U original spares produced by Teco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ALTIVAR by Telemecanique and MGU030 spares by Toyoda are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VFAS14132KPCA1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
