COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens PC677/877T15G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thermo-Electron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-hammer such as the SPD120240S2K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UBZ3475 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S702223 by Manufacturer Thermo-Electron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand USASEM08FJ21 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as TR132 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TDM032020300W0 made by Indramat as well as the popular SIRCOVER1200A original spares produced by Socomec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TKM8361000 by Ge and TR132 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PXI6704 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer National-Instruments. |
