COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens LCE01C004120A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Spectrum-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mdi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Spectrum-Controls such as the 8000RD0564 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 200D4020 manufactured by Ite and we are pleased to be able to service most Ite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SP1214120A by Manufacturer Mdi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand LEN01B400120A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Klockner-Moeller such as ZM25PKZ2NHI22PKZ2 equipment made by Klockner-Moeller have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Klockner-Moeller products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Klockner-Moeller" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RSC18056AC100 made by Benshaw as well as the popular PNOZmm0p original spares produced by Pilz Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SS2033D3 by Fuji and ZM25PKZ2NHI22PKZ2 spares by Klockner-Moeller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T450021 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Selco. |
