COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens IFK70405AK711DV5Z parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eberhard-Bauer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grove-Gear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eberhard-Bauer such as the G07210DPK884200W spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GRLBMQ82120L56 manufactured by Grove-Gear and we are pleased to be able to service most Grove-Gear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HASA33CTOSE5K68 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayton Brand G99T915A01042556001F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge-peerless such as H25D2500ABC28VVSM18S equipment made by Ge-peerless have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge-peerless products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge-peerless" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HPM20KW made by Golden-Motor as well as the popular GSS042MHAK090C12 original spares produced by Lenze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GFL053MHDR071C32 by Lenze and H25D2500ABC28VVSM18S spares by Ge-peerless are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HCMF13S1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
