COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens HU3070-0AF01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sony product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sti such as the MS4424RMS4424X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FCID03A4NAH1141M16 manufactured by Turk and we are pleased to be able to service most Turk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XCST50 by Manufacturer Sony as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Whittaker/meggitt Brand 101D0311 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Solartron such as 300VAC equipment made by Solartron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Solartron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Solartron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available T13107w03130 made by Stegmann as well as the popular FP04PCT80 original spares produced by Wenglor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IRDTDLWL by Tippkemper and 300VAC spares by Solartron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C92100K10P1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Transducer. |
