COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens G85139-E1721-A894 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kmc-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the HDS041W200NHS1201FW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC693CHS391M manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KMD5220 by Manufacturer Kmc-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand IC3600SHPB1E1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Himmel such as HE89 equipment made by Himmel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Himmel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Himmel" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IWS462420 made by Nematron as well as the popular HP200 original spares produced by Johnson-Controls Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L312902010 by Allen-Bradley and HE89 spares by Himmel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KDC3400F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
