COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens D400/90-MREQ-GDG6V62-3A2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kfj products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eemax parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ssb-Antriebstechnik product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kfj such as the HIS1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ED079480T12 manufactured by Eemax and we are pleased to be able to service most Eemax systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D550443 by Manufacturer Ssb-Antriebstechnik as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sic-Marking Brand i81SPE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as FRA74000440NA equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FLEX58KD16N4 made by Square-D as well as the popular D573914 original spares produced by Total-Control Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC3600 by Ge and FRA74000440NA spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FCP270 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foxboro. |
