COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens D400/90-MREQ-GDG6V62-3A2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kohler-Company products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kohler-Company such as the GM49565 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DDS021A100DA0201FW manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DKC0130043MGP01VRS by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge-Fanuc Brand IC693CPU351 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yasnac-Mori such as DF8100269TOP6 equipment made by Yasnac-Mori have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yasnac-Mori products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yasnac-Mori" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ET3250 made by Dynapro as well as the popular DS3800HMPK1L1K original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS3800HMAC1G1E by Ge and DF8100269TOP6 spares by Yasnac-Mori are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E17DES Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foxboro. |
