COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens CUCP-02 A5E00158598 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Smc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the SED23032X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 462007770001 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CE1B12100ZCE1 by Manufacturer Smc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Teco Brand A5102020C3U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Teknic such as SST1500UCX519373 equipment made by Teknic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Teknic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Teknic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ATV58HD33N4XZ made by Siemens as well as the popular FC7G5A2101A10 original spares produced by Spang Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the X4C20010C by T-B-Woods and SST1500UCX519373 spares by Teknic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6SE31152CB40 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
