COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens A5E00338527 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Beckhoff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Phoenix-Contact product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Beckhoff such as the CP783200010010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D72N8XXAXXXX manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DVGOPC5315032HW by Manufacturer Phoenix-Contact as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A61L00010092andA20B00070030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ikey such as DT2000 equipment made by Ikey have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ikey products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ikey" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CIMREX91D made by Beijer as well as the popular A61L0001016871 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AS3001200 by Acuity and DT2000 spares by Ikey are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CQPM3D200B2PA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Total-Control. |
