COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 7MF4433-1CA22-1NC6-Z parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Adept parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A02B0271B506 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9040240013XYHRS013S1B1AD manufactured by Adept and we are pleased to be able to service most Adept systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8705TSA040S1W0N0 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Perceptron Brand 9110061E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A06B0314B203 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 83F80AAASAARCB2AE made by Endress--Hauser as well as the popular A06B0501B001 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 94156098004REVA by Simco and A06B0314B203 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A05B2490C200EMH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
