COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 7ME6310-2YJ11-1AA0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Taptone-Power products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stahl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nortel product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Taptone-Power such as the A40751 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9440150111 manufactured by Stahl and we are pleased to be able to service most Stahl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8616SXE by Manufacturer Nortel as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A02B0285B801 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Westinghouse such as A202K4CA equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A16B1110026007D made by Fanuc as well as the popular A16B2200014112E original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ALF111S00 by Yokogawa and A202K4CA spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATV28HD23N4U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
