COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 7KM2112-0BA00-3AA0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Beijer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Beijer such as the MAC50ML00920 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6AV78840AB103BA0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GT1575VTBDGT15J75QBUSL by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nissei Brand NC9300T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Proface such as GP2301LG4124V equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proface products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proface" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RV52 made by Keyence as well as the popular A20B10060290 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711PCT6M20D8 by Allen-Bradley and GP2301LG4124V spares by Proface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AS2802000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
