COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6SY7010-0AB01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Graco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Graco such as the 918582 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7MBR50LC060 manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8536SGO1H665 by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 8520PXASM32EXEC263S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as 8502SGO1V06 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8520PX3LIBATMMEXE2SM42SR123456 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 85203S5ABATEX4Y14 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8646674RB by Reliance-Electric and 8502SGO1V06 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 82801581R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex. |
