COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6SN1146-1BB02-0CA0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Symax parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6SN11461BB020CA0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8020SCP423X manufactured by Symax and we are pleased to be able to service most Symax systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9300TC100NZZZA by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand 8810SEO2V03SY811 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Barber-Colman such as 80JA30001001000 equipment made by Barber-Colman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Barber-Colman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Barber-Colman" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 80400 made by Gem as well as the popular A05B2401C311 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8221A2 by Weldotron and 80JA30001001000 spares by Barber-Colman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A06B6121H030 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
