COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6SN1145-1BA02-0CA1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sato products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Berthold product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sato such as the 81900300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 85203S10ABATEX4S123457 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 810728LB3522 by Manufacturer Berthold as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Parker Brand 890CD531350B00001B00890CD50003BN00AUS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fuji such as 7MBR25NE120 equipment made by Fuji have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fuji products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fuji" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7MBP75RTA060001 made by Fuji as well as the popular 8015707251R original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 864140005002MG1E by Asea and 7MBR25NE120 spares by Fuji are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 864662T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
