COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6SN1-145-1AA01-0AA2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ferraz-Shawmut product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A05B2255C101ESW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A05B2301C190 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A055C2D0R0500E by Manufacturer Ferraz-Shawmut as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A06B6044H112 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 7SD60054EA003DA0BB equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7379A62G02 made by Westinghouse as well as the popular A20B00050130 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7SJ62252BC923FE0EE by Siemens and 7SD60054EA003DA0BB spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A16B10100280 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
