COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6SN1123-1AA00-0JA0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stromrichter parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stoegra product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the 8538SCA23V02CP51P52SX22Y74 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AB4111297 manufactured by Stromrichter and we are pleased to be able to service most Stromrichter systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SE4000685V33 by Manufacturer Stoegra as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has T-B-Woods Brand WFC50150C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ten-high such as THTB65604AIXSSET equipment made by Ten-high have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ten-high products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ten-high" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A5104060C3U made by Teco as well as the popular VFSXN4055UP original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VFD1H1U8103 by Tjernlund and THTB65604AIXSSET spares by Ten-high are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8839EFDLG4VYA07B08 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D. |
