COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6SN1113-1AB01-0BA1 VERSION A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued T-B-Woods products, including obsoleted and phased-out T-B-Woods parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tech-Motive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader T-B-Woods such as the X4C20010C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WF2C40050D manufactured by T-B-Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most T-B-Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 49410003C5 by Manufacturer Tech-Motive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand H10H13K20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sola such as 39409 equipment made by Sola have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sola products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sola" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MXW20250BF9NL made by Smc as well as the popular ATS01N272LY original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FAS4050FAS40008395548 by Stober and 39409 spares by Sola are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P00VO4C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D. |
