COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6SM1122-1PB00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued T-B-Woods products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader T-B-Woods such as the XFC40030C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VT130G12080B0H manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6SC65064AA02ZZU88E45 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sp-Mfg Brand M3328A001HRC045TS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tech-Motive such as 49410003C5 equipment made by Tech-Motive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tech-Motive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tech-Motive" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SFD212DG4W made by Square-D as well as the popular 8839EFD original spares produced by Square-D Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6SE70318TF60Z by Siemens and 49410003C5 spares by Tech-Motive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F5104025C3U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teco. |
