COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6SL3244-0BA20-1BA0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Berger-Lahr products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Copeland product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Berger-Lahr such as the VRDM59750 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WD1S2A manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZR16K5PFV800 by Manufacturer Copeland as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand VM7044T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as WS5610 equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FBLD20C made by Vexta as well as the popular WDM3004 original spares produced by Sig Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ASD16AC by Vexta and WS5610 spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGMAS02ACA21 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
