COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6SL3224-0BE33-7AA0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gettys product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-hammer such as the 920182202 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 92P0084003 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A720000 by Manufacturer Gettys as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge-Fanuc Brand A20B0003074413 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bently-Nevada such as 72201020205010101 equipment made by Bently-Nevada have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bently-Nevada products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bently-Nevada" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8221A2 made by Weldotron as well as the popular 865516518 original spares produced by Trillium Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A05B2301C191 by Fanuc and 72201020205010101 spares by Bently-Nevada are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 802340015 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Neundorfer. |
