COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6SL3055-0AA00-5KA3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Singer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stearns-Rexnord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Singer such as the CU91095001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 32196DG00BFG manufactured by Stearns-Rexnord and we are pleased to be able to service most Stearns-Rexnord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GP200BGT1218 by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sti Brand MS46LR301390Q1RNCFPDE1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sti such as MS46SR20260Q1RNCFP equipment made by Sti have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sti products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sti" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MS46SR20610Q1RNCFP made by Sti as well as the popular XLT30 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M79331038 by Solarton and MS46SR20260Q1RNCFP spares by Sti are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MS4320BX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sti. |
