COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6SE9522-4DG40 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 750P5G5S5HIA20RTH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7MBI50N120 manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 87C1120G11 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 7410007151MainBoard1336L5CIEN4Prog in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vortec such as 701544X equipment made by Vortec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vortec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vortec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7MBR35SB12060 made by Fuji as well as the popular 803614SB original spares produced by Reliance-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 700R310A1 by Allen-Bradley and 701544X spares by Vortec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8646687T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance-Electric. |
