COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6SE7032-2EE85-1JA0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stober products, including obsoleted and phased-out T-B-Woods parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stober such as the PHA421F0100MF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SFT40 manufactured by T-B-Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most T-B-Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6SL32240BE315AA0 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6FC55480AA020AA0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tabai-Espec such as PLK equipment made by Tabai-Espec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tabai-Espec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tabai-Espec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6SN11231AA000AA2 made by Siemens as well as the popular 019183500121 original spares produced by Spectra Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EQ74200C by Teco and PLK spares by Tabai-Espec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A5102008C3U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teco. |
