COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6SE7013-0EP60-Z-G91 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Parker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cognex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Parker such as the 890CS533108D0B00U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8019032003R manufactured by Allen-bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 80057981 by Manufacturer Cognex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A16B20000062 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eurotherm-Drives such as 9558R0020 equipment made by Eurotherm-Drives have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eurotherm-Drives products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eurotherm-Drives" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8536SFG1V06 made by Square-D as well as the popular A1116100505IS06A1116100505IS06PC original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A16B11000200 by Fanuc and 9558R0020 spares by Eurotherm-Drives are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8520ENC4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley. |
