COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6SE6440-2UC31-1DA1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6SN11451BA010DA0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6SN11471BB000CA0 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Smc Brand LEY25aa250CGR36PD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Smc such as MGGMB63800B53L equipment made by Smc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Smc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Smc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E2201H1A made by Taian as well as the popular E07H10F16P16R16SPL original spares produced by Square-D Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VSD57VD12S66 by Square-D and MGGMB63800B53L spares by Smc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
