COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6SE64402AD318DA1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Symax parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 9337704 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8030RIM731 manufactured by Symax and we are pleased to be able to service most Symax systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A16B1010005011 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A16B1210043003A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kearney--Trecker such as 8712060101 equipment made by Kearney--Trecker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kearney--Trecker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kearney--Trecker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A16B22030180 made by Fanuc as well as the popular 6SL32250BH337AA1 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A06B0320B506 by Fanuc and 8712060101 spares by Kearney--Trecker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8020SMM720 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Symax. |
