COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6SE3-215-8DB40 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Moog products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wavetek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Barber-Colman product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Moog such as the 760F103A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8502WAVETEK manufactured by Wavetek and we are pleased to be able to service most Wavetek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 80DD10101002000 by Manufacturer Barber-Colman as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand 8002604402R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cognex such as 720011 equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6SN11451AA000CA0 made by Siemens as well as the popular 920194401 original spares produced by Cutler-hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8019058001R by Allen-bradley and 720011 spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8608SX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nortel. |
