COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6SC6112-4HA00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Zetron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6SE70900XX840AD1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 772B452G01 manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7029153 by Manufacturer Zetron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Westinghouse Brand 772B450G11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Asea such as 86433006V002WG5E equipment made by Asea have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asea products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asea" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6SN11180NH010AA1 made by Siemens as well as the popular 6SC69012AA00Z original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 83F25AFTSAANAB2AA by Endress--Hauser and 86433006V002WG5E spares by Asea are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 80222012RG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
