COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6S7038-6GL84-1BG2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Smc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Smc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Smarteye product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CDRA1BSU63180UX10 manufactured by Smc and we are pleased to be able to service most Smc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SP1054012 by Manufacturer Smarteye as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Smc Brand CDY2S15H300BS7BVL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Smc such as CDRQ2BS1590 equipment made by Smc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Smc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Smc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CDQ2A5035DZ made by Smc as well as the popular A5E02624585 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CDQ2A5050DMJ by Smc and CDRQ2BS1590 spares by Smc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LLEHR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Skf. |
