COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6RA70302FS220 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Smc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Struthers--Dunn parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stober product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Smc such as the CLAFN100300E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SD7775415 manufactured by Struthers--Dunn and we are pleased to be able to service most Struthers--Dunn systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EZM702USFJC4P133 by Manufacturer Stober as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand G3Tosvert130AC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Teijin such as AR60BAO equipment made by Teijin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Teijin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Teijin" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VT130G7U6220VT130G7U6220Z2 made by Toshiba as well as the popular 2400109045ECL4 original spares produced by Unico Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATV18U72N4 by Telemecanique and AR60BAO spares by Teijin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 019183500121 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Spectra. |
