COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6FX1-131-5BA01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Barber-Colman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Symax product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A06B0859B100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80JA30001001000 manufactured by Barber-Colman and we are pleased to be able to service most Barber-Colman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8030CRM540 by Manufacturer Symax as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bently-Nevada Brand 7220104XXXX03XX15 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 6SE32158DB40 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A06B6044H011 made by Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular 920123905 original spares produced by Cutler-hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 94620133140011004 by Xycom and 6SE32158DB40 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A05B2255C105 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
