COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6FX1126-8AA00 6FX1118-8AC01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Xycom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Xycom such as the 9465217014003100Q spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9510EC1RTUBCZA manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A04B0218C201 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand 920187704 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cognex such as 82100042RAISM110000 equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AIV3001HT08 made by Matsushita as well as the popular 8520AMTB original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 920212500 by Cutler-Hammer and 82100042RAISM110000 spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 920192000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
