COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6FX1118-8AC01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rovema parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eaton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A02B0247B531 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 74110000200009 manufactured by Rovema and we are pleased to be able to service most Rovema systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7500XE920201202 by Manufacturer Eaton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kearney--Trecker Brand 8000132304 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Conrac such as 7211N13 equipment made by Conrac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Conrac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Conrac" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AID1052 made by Matsushita as well as the popular 920213700 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the a20b33000442 by Fanuc and 7211N13 spares by Conrac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A20B0084C092 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
