COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6FM2805-4AS31 6FM28054AS31 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A20B0007043002A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A2T15T40XPK4NNIB manufactured by Dynics and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A20B0004017110D by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A05B2400C012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Uticor such as 7658416 equipment made by Uticor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Uticor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Uticor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9996D101A49102H20 made by Westinghouse as well as the popular 93281752A7C original spares produced by Kelley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A20B1000085009B by Fanuc and 7658416 spares by Uticor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8888203008803011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeds--Northrup. |
