COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6FC5610-0BA10-0AA1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Teco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the 8839EFDMG4VYA07B08 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G3Tosvert130AC manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PA73002005N1 by Manufacturer Teco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand VFSXN4022P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toyoda such as TP80402 equipment made by Toyoda have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toyoda products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toyoda" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A5102030C3U made by Teco as well as the popular 620001003 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8538SCA24V02CP51P52SX22Y74 by Square-D and TP80402 spares by Toyoda are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MXW20TN125B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Smc. |
