COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6ES7 636-2EC00-0AE3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bailey parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the VX5A58D33N4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the INNIS01 manufactured by Bailey and we are pleased to be able to service most Bailey systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6FC52030AF020AA1 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Advantech Brand PPC120TTS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitac such as M1M115APTS equipment made by Mitac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitac" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6ES76362EC000AE3 made by Siemens as well as the popular C22BrMAPS2 original spares produced by Ecd Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GS109 by Qsi and M1M115APTS spares by Mitac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NT631CST141EV2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
