COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6ES7612-2QH10-0AB4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Synrad products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Symax product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Synrad such as the 80018593 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6SN11210BA110AA0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8030CRM211 by Manufacturer Symax as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Westinghouse Brand 7381A83G02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bentley-Nevada such as 7200EIPP equipment made by Bentley-Nevada have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bentley-Nevada products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bentley-Nevada" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6MBP100RA120 made by Fuji as well as the popular 80058551RB original spares produced by Cognex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6SC61124HA00 by Siemens and 7200EIPP spares by Bentley-Nevada are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7MBI50N120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji. |
