COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6ES7322-8BF00-0AB0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cii parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Syscon--Rkc-Instrument-Inc. product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6DD16100AK0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WUV1120P216181129 manufactured by Cii and we are pleased to be able to service most Cii systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C100FDAIVNNZK852 by Manufacturer Syscon--Rkc-Instrument-Inc. as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand 9050B05D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warrick such as 1G2D0A equipment made by Warrick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warrick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warrick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 18204 made by Smi as well as the popular A21 original spares produced by West Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CA6105 by Sprecher--Schuh and 1G2D0A spares by Warrick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1F2D4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warrick. |
