COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6ES7024-7TD61-Z parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Teijin products, including obsoleted and phased-out T-B-Woods parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Teco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Teijin such as the 90FU02000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20020H manufactured by T-B-Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most T-B-Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F5104010C3U by Manufacturer Teco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Total-Control Brand 9450SAC9450SAC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Telemecanique such as ALTIVAR equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F5104075C3U made by Teco as well as the popular VFAS14550PLHN original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CTN330002100 by Sistemi-Electronics and ALTIVAR spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original J974IPWM10000i Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Southcon. |
